- Calculate Unit Economics — Ensure LTV (Life Time Value) > 3 * CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost).
- Identify Market Positioning — Are we a low-price leader, a differentiation pioneer, or a niche specialist?
- Assess Legal & Compliance Risks — Ensure business practices comply with regulations and ethics.
