Measure how the rules in versioned text files change over time: extract, cluster into themes, and compare periods.

These histories are made up for this skill's smoke test: twelve imaginary projects, each
starting a CONTRIBUTING.md and editing it a few times. Later projects write fewer style rules
and more git rules, so the trend has a known shape. Same MIT licence as the skill.
Format: one row per version, newest first: sha <TAB> author date <TAB> 0 <TAB> base64 body.
