Console reference

The sidebar holds the folder tree: click a folder to open its page, a document to open the real-time collaborative editor. Right-click a row, or use its ··· menu, for everything you may do there. The search box in the top bar filters the tree as you type and opens full results.

Manage access on a folder or file grants a person or a group Viewer, Editor or Manager there, shares it with someone in another organization, or publishes it for anyone. Permission management in the menu holds the organization's groups, people and agents; an agent's tokens are minted and revoked from its page. People connect their AI by signing in through the browser, with no token.

Under the tree: folders people in other organizations shared with you, and public packages and files you added. Each one also sits in the tree where you put it. A public copy says latest, the version it is pinned to, or edited.

What needs your decision: shares offered to you, your agents' requests and proposals, publications they proposed, and invitations. Each says what accepting does.

Added from a folder's Add row: a GitHub repository or Drive folder mirrored into a folder of its own and kept current. Secrets are encrypted at rest and never returned to the console. The mirrored folder is read-only here because upstream owns it.
