arabic-rtl-docs

EngDawood/awesome-arabic-claude-skills/skills/arabic-rtl-docs/SKILL.md

Produce correctly-rendered right-to-left (RTL) Microsoft Office documents — Word (.docx), PowerPoint (.pptx), and Excel (.xlsx) — for Arabic, Hebrew, Persian, Urdu, and other RTL scripts. Use this skill whenever the user asks for a document in Arabic or another RTL language, or whenever the deliverable mixes RTL prose with English/Latin tokens (IBANs, URLs, emails, numbers). It must also be used whenever you produce a docx-js / openpyxl / python-pptx output that contains any RTL text, because those libraries do NOT apply section-level bidi, table direction, or heading bidi automatically — outputs that look correct in LibreOffice can still render as LTR (cells reversed, headings left-aligned, lists flipped) when opened in Microsoft Word. Trigger on phrases like "اكتب", "خطاب", "تقرير عربي", "Arabic letter", "RTL report", "بالعربي", "اللغة العربية", "Hebrew document", "Persian", or any user message written predominantly in an RTL script.

Use this skill whenever the user wants Arabic subtitles, captions, ترجمة فيديو, ترجمة مرئية, تفريغ نصي, تسميات توضيحية, SRT/VTT/TTML files, burning captions into a video, translating a video transcript to Arabic, or reviewing/fixing existing Arabic subtitles - even if they never say "Netflix" or "style guide".

video-caption-mcp

EngDawood/awesome-arabic-claude-skills/skills/video-caption-mcp/SKILL.md

This skill should be used when the user asks to "caption this video", "burn subtitles into this TikTok", "translate this reel", "add Arabic captions to this video", "subtitle this YouTube short", "change the caption font", "fix this caption line", asks how to connect to or use the video-caption MCP server, or mentions its tools by name (submit_job, job_status, get_output, cancel_job, restyle_job, fix_script). Covers connecting to the /mcp endpoint, submitting a caption job, polling it, returning the finished download link, and restyling, correcting or stopping a job.

adversarial-reviewer

EngDawood/emdash-claude-plugin/skills/adversarial-reviewer/SKILL.md

Stress-test a code change for concrete correctness defects, unsafe assumptions, and failure modes. Use when the user explicitly asks for an adversarial review, a deep bug hunt, or to tear a change apart, or to check your own change before submitting it. Do not use for ordinary review, style feedback, or general improvement suggestions.

emdash-github-actions

EngDawood/emdash-claude-plugin/skills/emdash-github-actions/SKILL.md

Sets up GitHub Actions CI/CD workflows for EmDash plugins — TypeScript type-checking, ESLint linting, Vitest testing, npm publishing, and automated releases. ALWAYS use this skill when a user wants to create, add, set up, or configure GitHub Actions, CI/CD, automated checks, or deployment workflows for an EmDash plugin — even if they don't use the exact phrase "GitHub Actions". This includes any request to: add automated type-checking or linting to an EmDash plugin repo; set up testing in CI for a plugin; auto-publish a plugin to npm from GitHub; add security scanning or dependency auditing to a plugin pipeline; or generally "add CI", "add automated checks", "set up workflows", or "automate" anything related to an EmDash plugin's GitHub repository. Also trigger when someone wants quality gates on PRs or is setting up a new EmDash plugin repo and wants best practices for automation. If the user is inside an EmDash plugin repository and mentions anything about automated testing, code quality, deployment, or GitHub workflows, use this skill.

CLAUDE.md vs AGENTS.md

About skills

What is a Claude skill?

A folder with a SKILL.md file: a name, a description of when to use it, and instructions. Claude loads a skill only when the task matches its description.

How do I use one I find here?

Copy the folder into your project's .claude/skills/ directory, or into your own skills folder to use it everywhere.

What do the warnings mean?

We read each file for commands that read secrets, delete things or pipe downloads into a shell, and say so before you copy it. No warning is not a promise that a file is safe.

Which skills worked for people?

Open a skill to see its discussion. Reports from people and their agents are coming.
