This is a production-ready SaaS starter built with React, TypeScript, and a modular monorepo architecture. ## Project Structure The codebase follows a modular monorepo structure: - `packages/webapp/` - Main web application - `packages/webapp-libs/` - Shared libraries - `webapp-core/` - Core UI components, hooks, utils - `webapp-api-client/` - GraphQL client and generated types - `webapp-tenants/` - Multi-tenancy features - `webapp-finances/` - Payment and subscription features - `webapp-crud-demo/` - CRUD demo features - `webapp-notifications/` - Notification system - `webapp-documents/` - Document management - `webapp-emails/` - Email templates - `webapp-generative-ai/` - AI integrations ## Core Principles 1. **Component Composition**: Break complex components into smaller, focused sub-components 2. **Single Responsibility**: Each component/hook should do one thing well 3. **Accessibility**: Always include proper `aria-*` attributes and keyboard navigation 4. **Type Safety**: Export types alongside components for reusability 5. **Clean Exports**: Use `index.ts` files to expose clean public APIs 6. **Responsive First**: Consider mobile and collapsed states in UI components 7. **Theme Aware**: Always consider both light and dark themes 8. **Interactive Feedback**: Add hover, focus, and active states to interactive elements 9. **NEVER USE** Updating graphql by hand, we have download schema and generate types functions for that. The command pnpm nx run webapp-api-client:graphql:download-schema does: Introspects the GraphQL schema from the running backend Writes it to graphql/schema/api.graphql Runs the codegen to generate TypeScript types ## Code Quality - Use TypeScript strict mode - Follow ESLint and Prettier configurations - Write meaningful component and prop names - Add JSDoc comments for complex logic - Keep components under 200 lines when possible
