写一份交接文档，总结当前对话，使一个全新的 agent 能接着做下去。保存到用户操作系统的临时目录——而不是当前工作区。
在文档中包含一个“建议技能”小节，列出该 agent 应当调用的技能。
不要重复已经被其他产物（规格、计划、ADR、issue、提交、diff）记录过的内容。改为用路径或 URL 引用它们。
对任何敏感信息进行脱敏处理，例如 API 密钥、密码或个人身份信息。
如果用户传入了参数，把它们当作对下一次会话将聚焦于何事的描述，并据此裁剪文档。
