Final phase — emits two markdown deliverables to slm-forge/.runs/<run-id>/ summarizing the run. After-action.md covers what was built (URLs, cost ledger, sample outputs, caveats). QA-report.md covers every gate's verbatim PASS/FAIL plus a VERDICT line (READY-FOR-DEMO | PUBLISHED-WITH-CAVEATS | FAILED-DO-NOT-USE).

forge-report
When this fires
Phase position: REPORT — last phase in the sequence. Runs after TEARDOWN. The two MD files it writes are what the operator reads in the morning.
What it does
- Reads every artifact in
slm-forge/.runs/<run-id>/:plan.json,analysis.json,state.jsoneval-report.json,plan-fit-report-final.jsoncard-validator-report.json,smoketest-report.json,publish-report.jsonsamples.md(if EVAL ran)
- Computes the final verdict:
READY-FOR-DEMO— all gates passed cleanlyPUBLISHED-WITH-CAVEATS— published but one of PLAN_FIT / CARD_VALIDATOR / SMOKETEST had a soft failFAILED-DO-NOT-USE— fundamental failure (e.g. forged perplexity ≥ baseline)
- Writes
after-action.mdwith:- Final HF URLs
- Plan vs. reality (estimated vs actual cost + wall-clock)
- Eval summary (perplexity forged vs baseline, delta)
- PLAN_FIT summary (axis 1 in-domain %, axis 3 Q/A grader mean)
- Input recap (source, format, domain, base model, budget)
- Phase ledger with ✅ per completed phase
- First 3 sample generations (best-of)
- Writes
qa-report.mdwith gate-by-gate details + final verdict line

How matches are found. Word for word: the exact same text. Edited: shares passages with this file (“99% same” means 99% of its five-word phrases also appear here; 10% or more counts). Their own version: similar meaning, or, weakest, the same name. We can’t tell which project had it first. Projects are counted among the 200 most-starred candidates, and mentions are links to the repository we found, up to 50 per site, so both counts are a floor.

Your trail
Files you open will collect here, so you can find them again.
Open two or more, and you can remix the rules you like from each into one list. Kept in this browser only.
Now do this for your own.
Bring your CLAUDE.md, AGENTS.md or skills. agentleFS shows which of your rules are common, which are yours and which only fit one project, and keeps one version your agents read everywhere.
