Create interactive mathematical visualization notebooks using marimo. Use when the user asks to "create a math notebook", "build an interactive visualization", "make an explorable explanation", "visualize a math concept interactively", "create a marimo math app", or wants to build gallery-style interactive math explorations with widgets, plots, and LaTeX.
Marimo notebook programming patterns and reactive execution best practices. Use when writing or editing Marimo notebooks, or when user encounters Marimo-specific errors like variable redefinition, reactivity issues, or scoping problems.
Onboards users to MLflow by determining their use case (GenAI agents/apps or traditional ML/deep learning) and guiding them through relevant quickstart tutorials and initial integration. If an experiment ID is available, it should be supplied as input to help determine the use case. Use when the user asks to get started with MLflow, set up tracking, add observability, or integrate MLflow into their project. Triggers on "get started with MLflow", "set up MLflow", "onboard to MLflow", "add MLflow to my project", "how do I use MLflow".
Deploy and query Databricks Model Serving endpoints. Use when (1) deploying MLflow models or AI agents to endpoints, (2) creating ChatAgent/ResponsesAgent agents, (3) integrating UC Functions or Vector Search tools, (4) querying deployed endpoints, (5) checking endpoint status. Covers classical ML models, custom pyfunc, and GenAI agents.
Design randomized controlled trials for causal inference. Use when user mentions: randomized evaluation, RCT, field experiment, randomized experiment, treatment assignment, causal impact, experimental design, control group, intervention evaluation.
Analyze data from randomized controlled trials. Use when user mentions: treatment effects, ITT analysis, LATE, TOT, compliance analysis, attrition, balance checks, heterogeneous effects, RCT results, experimental analysis.
Handle ethical requirements, IRB approval, trial registration, and pre-analysis plans for RCTs. Use when user mentions: research ethics, IRB, informed consent, trial registration, pre-analysis plan, PAP, data security, vulnerable populations, research transparency.
Calculate statistical power and sample sizes for RCTs. Use when user mentions: power analysis, sample size calculation, minimum detectable effect, MDE, statistical power, effect size, clustering effects, design effect, ICC, intra-cluster correlation.
Implement randomization methods for RCTs. Use when user mentions: random assignment, treatment allocation, stratification, blocking, permutation randomization, cluster randomization, randomization balance, misfit handling, re-randomization.
Comprehensive regression model diagnostics and assumption checking. Use when validating regression models, checking assumptions (linearity, homoskedasticity, normality, independence), detecting outliers/influence, testing multicollinearity, or when user mentions residuals, heteroskedasticity, VIF, Cook's distance, or diagnostic plots.
Retrieves Langfuse traces using a Python CLI wrapper. Use when the user asks to get a trace by ID, find traces, filter traces by tags/user/session/time, query observations or scores, or debug traced executions. Triggers on "get langfuse trace", "search traces", "find traces", "filter traces by", "langfuse traces", "recent traces", "query langfuse", "show me traces".
Retrieves MLflow traces using CLI or Python API. Use when the user asks to get a trace by ID, find traces, filter traces by status/tags/metadata/execution time, query traces, or debug failed traces. Triggers on "get trace", "search traces", "find failed traces", "filter traces by", "traces slower than", "query MLflow traces".
Searches and retrieves MLflow documentation from the official docs site. Use when the user asks about MLflow features, APIs, integrations (LangGraph, LangChain, OpenAI, etc.), tracing, tracking, or requests to look up MLflow documentation. Triggers on "how do I use MLflow with X", "find MLflow docs for Y", "MLflow API for Z".
Creates, configures, and updates Databricks Lakeflow Spark Declarative Pipelines (SDP/LDP) using serverless compute. Handles streaming tables, materialized views, CDC, SCD Type 2, and Auto Loader ingestion patterns. Use when building data pipelines, working with Delta Live Tables, ingesting streaming data, implementing change data capture, or when the user mentions SDP, LDP, DLT, Lakeflow pipelines, streaming tables, or bronze/silver/gold medallion architectures.
Create interactive SVG animations using CSS transitions, SMIL, and path techniques. Use when user asks to animate SVGs, create icon animations, morph shapes, draw paths, or build micro-interactions with SVG elements.
Generate realistic synthetic data using Faker and Spark, with non-linear distributions, integrity constraints, and save to Databricks. Use when creating test data, demo datasets, or synthetic tables.
Curriculum and pre-task framing for sharpening engineering judgment in the AI era — customer taste, system design taste, and granular management of the coding engine. Use when reflecting on how to get better as an engineer, before starting non-trivial coding work, when picking quarterly habits to adopt, or when discussing AI-assisted dev workflow.
Plain text files in a repository that tell a coding agent how the project works: commands to run, conventions to follow and things to avoid. CLAUDE.md, AGENTS.md, cursor rules and skills are the common kinds.
CLAUDE.md or AGENTS.md?
CLAUDE.md is read by Claude Code. AGENTS.md is an open format that Codex, Cursor and other agents read. Many projects keep one and point the other at it.
What is a skill?
A folder with a SKILL.md that describes one capability, such as filling PDFs or reviewing code. The agent loads it only when the task calls for it.
Can I search my own team's files too?
Your agents already can, over MCP, limited to the files you're allowed to read. Searching them from this page is coming.
