Use when receiving code review feedback, before implementing suggestions, especially if feedback seems unclear or technically questionable - requires technical rigor and verification, not performative agreement or blind implementation
Use when starting feature work that needs isolation from current workspace or before executing implementation plans - ensures an isolated workspace exists via native tools or git worktree fallback
Use when starting any conversation - establishes how to find and use skills, requiring skill invocation before ANY response including clarifying questions
Use when about to claim work is complete, fixed, or passing, before committing or creating PRs - requires running verification commands and confirming output before making any success claims; evidence before assertions always
Set up Temporal Cloud and run a sample Workflow on it for the user, doing the work end to end. Use when the user wants to set up Temporal Cloud, get started on Temporal Cloud, install the unified Temporal CLI (prerelease cloud-cli), create a Cloud namespace or API key, clone a money-transfer sample app, write the client config TOML, or connect a local Worker to Temporal Cloud and run a sample Workflow. This is the Cloud setup path, not the local learning path (see temporal-getting-started). Covers Python, TypeScript, Go, Java, .NET, and Ruby SDKs.
Develop, debug, and manage Temporal applications across Python, TypeScript, Go, Java, .NET, Ruby, and Rust. Use when the user is building workflows, activities, or workers with a Temporal SDK, debugging issues like non-determinism errors, stuck workflows, or activity retries, using Temporal CLI, Temporal Server, or Temporal Cloud, or working with durable execution concepts like signals, queries, heartbeats, versioning, continue-as-new, child workflows, or saga patterns. Also use when the user mentions "run a Temporal workflow from the CLI", "start a dev server", "run temporal server start-dev", "temporal workflow start", "temporal workflow execute", "temporal workflow signal", "temporal workflow query", "temporal workflow update".
Deploy and operate Temporal Workers on serverless compute (AWS Lambda) driven by the Worker Controller Instance (WCI). Use when the user mentions: "serverless worker", "Temporal serverless", "Worker Controller Instance", "WCI", "deploy Temporal worker on Lambda", "Lambda packaging", "Lambda timeout", "WCI inspection", "CloudFormation Temporal".
Gather and interpret Android performance evidence on an adb target using Simpleperf CPU profiles, Perfetto or Compose traces, gfxinfo frame data, dumpsys meminfo snapshots, Java heap dumps, and native allocation traces. Use when asked to profile an Android app flow, find CPU-heavy functions, diagnose jank, capture startup or frame timing evidence, compare before/after performance, explain what code is taking time, or gather memory/leak profiling artifacts.
Create and configure a Twilio account from scratch. Covers free trial signup, trial limitations, getting credentials (Account SID and Auth Token), buying a phone number, verifying recipient numbers for trial use, SDK installation, first API call, subaccount management (creation, inheritance, credential isolation, limits), and enabling specific products (AI Assistants, Conversations, Verify, ConversationRelay, WhatsApp). Use this skill before any other Twilio skill if you do not yet have a Twilio account or need to enable a product. For Organization-level governance (SSO, SCIM, multi-team), see `twilio-organizations-setup`.
Planning skill for augmenting human agents with real-time AI intelligence. Qualifies the developer's use case across coaching, compliance, QA, and routing to recommend the right Conversation Intelligence + Conversation Memory + TaskRouter architecture. Handles both "I want to add AI coaching to my call center" and "configure Conversation Intelligence operators for script adherence."
Use when building or integrating Twilio Agent Connect (TAC) to connect third-party LLM agent runtimes with Twilio Voice, Messaging, ConversationRelay, Conversation Memory, Conversation Orchestrator, or Enterprise Knowledge.
Planning skill for AI-powered conversational agents. Qualifies the developer's use case across outcome sophistication, entry point, and customer profile to recommend the right Twilio Conversations architecture and implementation skills. Handles both high-level requests ("build me a voice AI assistant") and specific ones ("integrate ConversationRelay with my OpenAI backend").
Plain text files in a repository that tell a coding agent how the project works: commands to run, conventions to follow and things to avoid. CLAUDE.md, AGENTS.md, cursor rules and skills are the common kinds.
CLAUDE.md or AGENTS.md?
CLAUDE.md is read by Claude Code. AGENTS.md is an open format that Codex, Cursor and other agents read. Many projects keep one and point the other at it.
What is a skill?
A folder with a SKILL.md that describes one capability, such as filling PDFs or reviewing code. The agent loads it only when the task calls for it.
Can I search my own team's files too?
Your agents already can, over MCP, limited to the files you're allowed to read. Searching them from this page is coming.
