codex-review

ai-analyst-lab/ai-analyst/.claude/skills/codex-review/SKILL.md

Independently validate the current analysis with a second model (OpenAI Codex). Codex re-derives the same answer from the same data — blind to Claude's SQL and numbers — and the skill reports AGREE / DISAGREE / PARTIAL per finding. Use when the user types "/codex-review", or says "validate with codex", "codex review", "second opinion from codex", "have the other model check this", "independently verify this analysis", "does codex agree", "cross-check this with gpt/codex", or wants a different model to confirm a result before acting on it. This is multi-model validation: a real independent re-analysis, not a critique of Claude's work. If the Codex plugin or CLI isn't installed, this skill detects that and walks the user through setup first.

SateezgSkill

codex-review

Sateezg/codex-bridge/skills/codex-review/SKILL.md

Get an independent code review from OpenAI Codex (GPT-5) on uncommitted changes, a branch diff, a PR, or a specific module — returns findings grouped by severity with file:line references. Use when the user says "review this", "review my changes", "check this PR", "what did I miss", or before they commit or merge something substantial.

0verheadSkill

code-review

0verhead/skills/skills/engineering/code-review/SKILL.md

Review the changes since a fixed point (commit, branch, tag, or merge-base) along two axes — Standards (does the code follow this repo's documented coding standards?) and Spec (does the code match what the originating issue/PRD asked for?). Runs both reviews in parallel sub-agents and reports them side by side. Extends the Fowler smell baseline with a story group (after Evans and Vernon). Use when the user wants to review a branch, a PR, work-in-progress changes, or asks to "review since X".

0xdeafcafeSkill

review-code

0xdeafcafe/skills/skills/review-code/SKILL.md

Use when the user wants Claude's judgment on the design and shape of code in touched files — single-responsibility, modularity, layering, naming, length, structural smells, dead code, stale comments — without running linters or formatters and without applying any fixes. Triggers on "/review-code", "review the code", "what's wrong with this code's design", "is this file too long", "code-quality findings on design", "structural review", "the design pass". Read-only audit specialist that emits findings in the finding-format.md schema. Does NOT run linters / formatters / LSP diagnostics — that's /review-hygiene's job; this skill focuses on judgment a tool can't make. Mechanical findings get concrete fix: lines; structural changes (extract, split, rename module) get decide: prefixes for the orchestrator to escalate. Use /review-code when you want the design verdict; use /review-hygiene for tool-driven lint/format findings; use /drive-change to have the orchestrator dispatch the fixes.

CLAUDE.md vs AGENTS.md

Agent instruction files

What are agent instruction files?

Plain text files in a repository that tell a coding agent how the project works: commands to run, conventions to follow and things to avoid. CLAUDE.md, AGENTS.md, cursor rules and skills are the common kinds.

CLAUDE.md or AGENTS.md?

CLAUDE.md is read by Claude Code. AGENTS.md is an open format that Codex, Cursor and other agents read. Many projects keep one and point the other at it.

What is a skill?

A folder with a SKILL.md that describes one capability, such as filling PDFs or reviewing code. The agent loads it only when the task calls for it.

Can I search my own team's files too?

Your agents already can, over MCP, limited to the files you're allowed to read. Searching them from this page is coming.
