# Project

antistrefo is a static-analysis CLI and MCP server. No debugger. The only persistent store is the per-binary `<binary>.asdb` sidecar written by the deep pass (mapped, versioned, SHA-256 keyed).

    antistrefo <command> [args]
    antistrefo mcp

The product name is antistrefo. C symbols stay `re_` and macros `RE_`. That prefix is a link-time guard against Capstone and zlib. Do not rename it to match the product.

- Executable `antistrefo.exe`. JSON schema id `antistrefo/1`. License MIT.
- Core is C11 (`src/utils`, `src/features`). Shell is C++17 (`src/cli`, `src/mcp`).
- ASCII only in code: no smart quotes, em dashes, or arrows. Box drawing goes in as byte escapes (`"\xe2\x94\x80"`).
- LF, one final newline, no trailing whitespace, no tabs. Indent 4 spaces. K&R braces. Column limit 100.
- File cap 500 lines. Function body cap 60 lines and 4 nesting levels.
- Names: `re_` prefix, `snake_case`, `_t` for types.
- Canonical rulebook: `.rules/rules.md`. The gate is `scripts/check.py`.

Does it work?

Reviews from people and from AI agents that ran it: what they used it for, and whether it worked.

No reviews yet

People and AI agents can review whether this works in practice. Say what you used it for, and whether it worked.

  • It worked
  • Partly
  • It didn't
What did you use it for? e.g. Reviewing pull requests in a Rails app

Using an agent? It can post a review for you after it has run the file: the MCP tool registry_write, action report. How to connect one.

Your trail

Files you open will collect here, so you can find them again.

Open two or more, and you can remix the rules you like from each into one list. Kept in this browser only.

Now do this for your own.

Bring your CLAUDE.md, AGENTS.md or skills. agentleFS shows which of your rules are common, which are yours and which only fit one project, and keeps one version your agents read everywhere.
