> front-not-end is an Apache-2.0 Agent Skill for Codex that helps frontend developers turn product requests into production-capable backend changes while preserving the target repository's existing contracts and conventions.

Use this project when a frontend or product request creates or changes APIs, server-side data, authentication, permissions, persistence, background jobs, integrations, deployment, or other production backend behavior. The user owns product intent and authorization for irreversible or external actions; the Coding Agent owns backend technical completeness.

Status: experimental 0.x. Current evidence covers three runnable Codex tracers: scoped List/Search, authorized idempotent creation, and signed retry-safe order webhooks. It does not establish broad stack/Host coverage, durable database behavior, or external notification-delivery guarantees.
