Harrier EMR MCP is a headless Python MCP server for AWS DevOps Agent. Follow the repository guidance in AGENTS.md. Prefer existing project patterns: Keep EKS Kubernetes diagnostics optional. The server must still investigate EMR on EKS jobs when Kubernetes API access is unavailable. When suggesting changes, include tests or golden report updates for new findings and visible report output.

Prefer existing project patterns: - Runtime-specific behavior belongs under `mcp-server/harrier_mcp/runtimes/`. - Evidence collection and classification belong under `mcp-server/harrier_mcp/analyzers/`. - Human report changes belong in `mcp-server/harrier_mcp/reporting/diagnosis.py`. - Recommendation changes belong in `mcp-server/harrier_mcp/recommendations/engine.py`. - Tool contract changes must update `docs/mcp-tool-contracts.md`.
