Generates standards-based repository documentation for GitHub or any project. Writes a docs suite into the project's docs/ directory covering ISO 9001, V-Model, ISO 27001, and optionally GAMP 5 or other standards. Use when the user asks for repo documentation, compliance docs, quality docs, or to create/refresh the docs/ suite.

Writing effective code documentation - API docs, README files, inline comments, and technical guides. Use for documenting codebases, APIs, or writing developer guides.

Records decisions and documentation. Use when you need to document an architecture decision (ADR) or the reasoning behind a design choice, when changing public APIs, shipping features, or when you need to record context that future engineers and agents will need to understand the codebase.
Create, expand, reorganize, and maintain repository documentation with deep coverage across README files, browsable docs, API/reference pages, llms.txt, llms-full.txt, changelogs, and repo-local agent skills. Use whenever the user asks for comprehensive project documentation, documentation refreshes, LLM-friendly docs, documentation synchronization after code changes, or agent guidance that teaches future LLMs how to use the project docs.
Analyzes documentation against Diataxis framework (Tutorial, How-to, Reference, Explanation). Use when reviewing documentation structure or classifying content type. Identifies misalignments between declared category and actual content.

Analyze, prioritize, and document test cases in TMS (Jira/Xray), repair an existing Story-ATS-ATP-ATR-TC cascade through a sealed explicit mode, or run the sealed post-promotion `merged` pass once automated tests land on the production branch. Use for Test/ATP/ATR artifacts, ROI and automation verdicts, maintaining traceability, fix-traceability, or broken TMS links. The repair-traceability mode audits, plans, waits for explicit approval, applies, and verifies without launching the general documentation workflow. Do NOT use for writing test code (test-automation) or running suites (regression-testing).
Create or update user-facing technical documentation (mzmine module docs / wiki pages) from implementation code and existing docs. Follows the project documentation template, fact-checks claims against code, preserves legacy pages, and updates navigation. TRIGGER when the user says "update/edit/write/fix/improve the docs/documentation/wiki/module page" for any module, parameter, or feature; when adding screenshots or sections to an existing `.md` page under `mzmine_documentation/docs/`; when asked to document a new module, parameter, or algorithm; or when migrating/reconciling docs with current code. SKIP for inline code comments, Javadoc, README files in source repos, commit messages, PR descriptions, or generated API docs.

## Purpose
Establish and maintain living documentation for the project. Every agent
A folder with a SKILL.md file: a name, a description of when to use it, and instructions. Claude loads a skill only when the task matches its description.
How do I use one I find here?
Copy the folder into your project's .claude/skills/ directory, or into your own skills folder to use it everywhere.
What do the warnings mean?
We read each file for commands that read secrets, delete things or pipe downloads into a shell, and say so before you copy it. No warning is not a promise that a file is safe.
Which skills worked for people?
Open a skill to see its discussion. Reports from people and their agents are coming.
