boreal1Skill

terraform-expert

boreal1/agents/terraform-expert/SKILL.md

Author, refactor, and review Terraform infrastructure-as-code with expert fluency in Azure (Azure Verified Modules and the Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework / Azure Landing Zones), AWS, state management, module layering, and CI/CD. Always consult the `terraform` MCP server for the latest module/provider versions and documentation, verify nothing is deprecated, and validate every change with `terraform fmt`, `terraform init`, and `terraform validate`. Use this skill whenever the user mentions Terraform, HCL, `.tf` files, `terraform plan`/`apply`, AVM, AzureRM, AzAPI, CAF, Azure Landing Zones (ALZ), subscription vending, management groups, Terraform modules, providers, state, backends, workspaces, or asks for infrastructure-as-code — even if they do not say the word "Terraform" explicitly (e.g., "spin up an Azure resource group via IaC", "write a module for an AKS cluster", "stand up a landing zone").

dawg-ioSkill

terraform-create

dawg-io/claude-skills/terraform-create/SKILL.md

Interviews you for a new Proxmox VM and emits a ready-to-paste `servers` entry for your Terraform tfvars plus the matching Ansible inventory host line, then checks both against the existing tfvars for a duplicate hostname, IP, MAC or VMID. Prefills — VLAN, addressing, sizing, nodes, tfvars and inventory paths — come from a `.claude/terraform-create.yml` that `/terraform-create init` derives from your real tfvars and commits; with no config, one homelab's values are used as labelled fallbacks. Output only: it prints the blocks and the commands to run, never edits your tfvars, inventory or any Terraform/Ansible file, and never runs terraform or ansible. Use on /terraform-create, "terraform create", or any ask to create/add/spin up/provision a node, VM or server on Proxmox, or for a tfvars entry for a new host — even without saying "Terraform". Not for reviewing a plan, changing an existing server, or the homelab/ Talos cluster. Needs the Terraform repo checked out; init needs git and gh, so Claude Code.

kevin-burnsSkill

terraform-registry

kevin-burns/claude-skills/terraform-registry/SKILL.md

Provider-agnostic CLI for targeted search and inspection of the Terraform Registry via its JSON API — any provider (AWS, GCP/google, Azure/azurerm, GitLab, OpenStack, Kubernetes, ...). Use to find modules by keyword, inspect a module's inputs/outputs/versions, or look up a resource type's attributes, WITHOUT web-scraping or dumping pages into context — it fetches the JSON payload, strips it locally, and returns only what you asked for. Caches every payload as a provenance-stamped snapshot so repeat calls are offline and token-free. Use whenever you need accurate, current Terraform module/provider facts for writing or reviewing IaC.

CLAUDE.md vs AGENTS.md

About skills

What is a Claude skill?

A folder with a SKILL.md file: a name, a description of when to use it, and instructions. Claude loads a skill only when the task matches its description.

How do I use one I find here?

Copy the folder into your project's .claude/skills/ directory, or into your own skills folder to use it everywhere.

What do the warnings mean?

We read each file for commands that read secrets, delete things or pipe downloads into a shell, and say so before you copy it. No warning is not a promise that a file is safe.

Which skills worked for people?

Open a skill to see its discussion. Reports from people and their agents are coming.
