# SaaS Marketing Agents

> An open-source (MIT) collection of 86 specialist B2B SaaS marketing AI agent personas, packaged as 19 installable Claude Code skills and coordinated by the CATALYST multi-agent orchestrator. It ships worked marketing workflows (ABM, product launch, demand generation, content engine) and a continuously updated AEO/GEO playbook for the AI-search era.

Install in Claude Code: `/plugin marketplace add shalintripathi/saas-marketing-agents` then `/plugin install saas-marketing@saas-marketing-agents`. The agents are plain Markdown, so they also work by copying them into any AI coding tool (Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot, Aider, Windsurf).

## Skills (19 installable skills)

- [SaaS Marketing Suite](plugins/saas-marketing/skills/saas-marketing-suite/SKILL.md): router — points a plain-language request to the right skill
- [Content Marketing](plugins/saas-marketing/skills/content-marketing/SKILL.md): blog, case study, whitepaper, newsletter, copywriting, and the editorial production system — content briefs, editorial calendar and capacity, review workflow, SME access, style guide, AI-drafting policy, content inventory, plus the customer academy — course curriculum and learner paths, certification programs with a verifiable credential and an exam blueprint, the gate decision per lesson, course freshness against product releases, and Course structured data
- [SEO Growth](plugins/saas-marketing/skills/seo-growth/SKILL.md): keyword research, technical SEO, link building, international/multilingual SEO (hreflang sets, x-default, locale URL architecture, machine-translation review policy, Google Business Profile eligibility per market and the no-address alternative for markets with no staffed location), AI/AEO optimization, third-party shortlist presence (review-platform category pages, "best [category] software" roundups, software directories)
- [Paid Media Ops](plugins/saas-marketing/skills/paid-media-ops/SKILL.md): PPC, ads in AI answers (Google AI Overviews and AI Mode, ChatGPT Ads, Copilot), budget allocation and pacing, portfolio audience-collision and suppression mapping, attribution, programmatic, newsletter and podcast sponsorships, paid G2/Capterra listings, pay-per-lead content syndication
- [Social Media Ops](plugins/saas-marketing/skills/social-media-ops/SKILL.md): LinkedIn (including the subscription surfaces — newsletters, Events with consented registration forms, and Live), YouTube, Reddit, community, influencer and creator partnerships — vetting a creator's audience before you pay, engagement-rate and fake-follower checks, FTC disclosure and monitoring (16 CFR 255/465) — and B2B podcast strategy: whether to run a show at all, guest booking, qualifying a show you cannot audit (the RSS feed and guest history, the Apple Podcasts review wall, IAB Tech Lab measurement certification, Listen Score) instead of trusting self-reported downloads, the guest tour on other people's shows, show notes and transcripts — plus the social account estate: who can post or administer each company account and community workspace, continuity when that person leaves (LinkedIn Page admins, Slack Primary Owner, YouTube primary owner), company-held recovery paths and MFA, and a risk-tiered publishing gate with a pause switch — and social listening run as a measurement instrument (Social Listening Analyst): a query book with precision checks, a coverage map that names the platforms and private channels you cannot see, automated sentiment validated against a hand-coded sample, share of voice with a written denominator, alerts set against your own baseline, and a routing table that sends each signal to the agent who acts on it
- [Email Marketing Ops](plugins/saas-marketing/skills/email-marketing-ops/SKILL.md): newsletter strategy, lifecycle and nurture sequences, marketing automation, email copywriting, and deliverability — SPF/DKIM/DMARC authentication, sender reputation, list hygiene and suppression, engagement-signal integrity (Apple Mail Privacy Protection, security-scanner bot clicks), and the cold sending estate: secondary sending domains isolated from the brand domain, domain and mailbox warming, registration footprint, and authentication-drift monitoring; plus the contact budget (Email Lifecycle Architect) — a cross-channel frequency cap across marketing automation, sales sequences, customer success and in-app guides, with a sender register, message precedence and quiet states
- [Design Ops](plugins/saas-marketing/skills/design-ops/SKILL.md): landing pages, brand identity, ad creative
- [Sales Enablement](plugins/saas-marketing/skills/sales-enablement/SKILL.md): outbound, discovery coaching, deal strategy including the mutual action plan (close plan) the buyer co-owns, battle cards, proposals and RFP responses, and technical presales — gating and designing product demos, scoping a proof of concept or pilot against signed success criteria, answering vendor security and compliance questionnaires from evidence — including the AI annex buyers now attach to them, answered per AI feature and per model route from a disclosure register (model providers as sub-processors, what customer data reaches the model, training and retention terms at the provider, human oversight and the off switch, EU AI Act Article 50 disclosure, AI-CAIQ and ISO/IEC 42001 claims) — and recording the technical win; plus the website's conversational front door — the AI chat agent or inbound AI SDR, its approved answer set, the prices and assurances it must never generate, AI disclosure, human handoff, prompt-injection testing and transcript audits
- [Product Marketing Ops](plugins/saas-marketing/skills/product-marketing-ops/SKILL.md): positioning, launches (including the pre-GA ladder — private preview, public beta, GA — and early-access programs with a graduation gate), competitive intel, win/loss interview programs, customer advocacy and the customer referral program, incumbent displacement (contract clocks, switching costs, EU Data Act switching rights), pricing and packaging, agent readiness, international market entry and localization (International GTM Strategist), and brand marketing and demand creation — the brand-versus-performance split, category entry points, distinctive assets, and brand measurement when there is no conversion event to attribute (Brand & Demand Strategist), and marketing to government buyers — readiness before visibility, FedRAMP/GovRAMP status quoted from the official listing, the accessibility conformance report (VPAT/ACR), gift and hospitality limits for public officials, no implied government endorsement, the pre-solicitation window and the post-solicitation quiet period, and an accurate contract-vehicle map (Public Sector Marketing Strategist)
- [Marketing Analytics](plugins/saas-marketing/skills/marketing-analytics/SKILL.md): CRO, A/B testing, experiment feasibility (sample size, test duration, what to do when the funnel can't power a test), dashboards, attribution, tracking plan / event taxonomy, GA4 + consent instrumentation audit, and the martech stack itself — tool selection and build-vs-buy, shadow-tool and overlap rationalization, and the switching cost of an ESP/MAP/CRM migration (suppression record, engagement history, measurement continuity); plus customer research method — sampling frames and non-response, what each design can and cannot claim, cross-channel corroboration, evidence grading, and saturation instead of an interview quota, and the go-to-market data that arrives from outside the company — enrichment provider bake-offs run on your own accounts, waterfall ordering by measured cost per usable record, email verification and accept-all domains, data decay, and the provenance and GDPR Article 14 record behind a purchased list (GTM Data Strategist); plus the marketing plan itself — the revenue target decomposed backwards through the funnel into stage volumes, an assumption register that separates measured inputs from inferred ones, the sales-cycle lag that decides which period a lead can land in, sales / production / addressable-audience ceilings, marginal rather than blended cost per source, a scenario band derived from your own plan-versus-actual variance, and declared re-forecast triggers on a versioned plan of record (Demand Planner); plus governance of the team's own AI use — an AI use register per use case, legalize-don't-ban shadow-AI intake, which data classes may enter which AI tool, an autonomy ladder with a never-generate list, eval sets re-run when the model or vendor changes, default-on platform AI settings, kill switches and an AI incident log, and an EU AI Act Article 4 AI-literacy record (Marketing AI Operations Lead)
- [Marketing Project Mgmt](plugins/saas-marketing/skills/marketing-project-mgmt/SKILL.md): sprint planning, resource allocation, QBRs

- [Growth Ops](plugins/saas-marketing/skills/growth-ops/SKILL.md): PLG activation, PQLs, the self-guided interactive product demo before signup (gated vs ungated policy, demo freshness against product releases, step-level demo analytics), expansion and churn-save, the self-serve cancel flow and failed-payment (dunning) recovery, net revenue retention
- [ABM Ops](plugins/saas-marketing/skills/abm-ops/SKILL.md): target account list, 1:1/1:few/1:many account tiering, intent and buying signals, account coverage and penetration measurement
- [Comms Ops](plugins/saas-marketing/skills/comms-ops/SKILL.md): PR and earned media — including newsjack triage (standing, the story's first-public clock, never reacting to a competitor's own release) and source-request replies written by the spokesperson, not an LLM — analyst relations (Gartner, Forrester, IDC)
- [Partnerships Ops](plugins/saas-marketing/skills/partnerships-ops/SKILL.md): co-marketing, channel, cloud-marketplace GTM, and channel program architecture — whether to launch a partner program at all, motion selection (referral, technology, services/SI, reseller), partner unit economics and partner CAC vs direct, margin/rebate/SPIF design with clawbacks, partner recruitment and certification ramp, and the rules of engagement, deal-registration adjudication and compensation neutrality that settle channel conflict
