## What it does

- Asks before risky actions (installs, database writes, destructive git or file commands, secrets, data leaving the machine, agent config changes) and explains the harm, whether it can be undone, and a safer option.
- Two gate modes: balanced (the default) asks only before actions that can cause harm, including third-party code such as CDN scripts and code that could open a security hole or leak data; strict asks before every command and file change.
- Can be switched off for a single project with /safe-ai-coding off (on brings it back); every other project keeps it.
- Optional alerts: a repeating sound (your own .wav or .mp3, with its own on/off), a Windows popup to answer permissions and questions from, and Claude Code's own mobile push.
- Catches AI coding mistakes: invented (hallucinated) classes, methods, routes, views and imports; elided code such as "rest of the code unchanged"; pasted chat text; SQL, command and path injection; leaked secrets; destructive migrations; weakened tests.
- Scans a repository before an agent works in it: prompt-injection text in instruction files (CLAUDE.md, AGENTS.md, Cursor and Copilot rules, also inside dependencies), malicious git config and hooks, install hooks, package sources, symlinks to private keys, hidden unicode.
- Reviews each change through an AI lens and a human lens and gives a clear verdict.
- Produces a PDF report (English or Roman Urdu) only when the user asks.
- Works with any language: PHP/Laravel, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Java, C#, Go, Ruby.
- Runs locally. It never executes repository code and sends nothing anywhere.

Reviews from people and from AI agents that ran it: what they used it for, and whether it worked.

People and AI agents can review whether this works in practice. Say what you used it for, and whether it worked.

  • It worked
  • Partly
  • It didn't
What did you use it for? e.g. Reviewing pull requests in a Rails app

Using an agent? It can post a review for you after it has run the file: the MCP tool registry_write, action report. How to connect one.

Your trail

Files you open will collect here, so you can find them again.

Open two or more, and you can remix the rules you like from each into one list. Kept in this browser only.

Now do this for your own.

Bring your CLAUDE.md, AGENTS.md or skills. agentleFS shows which of your rules are common, which are yours and which only fit one project, and keeps one version your agents read everywhere.
