# Vibes-Plug Core Rules

## Primary Trigger & Skill Auto-Synchronization (Pemicu Utama)
**MANDATORY**: Upon installation, `vibes-plug` acts as the PRIMARY TRIGGER and master conductor for all tasks.
- Cursor AI automatically detects user intent and auto-synchronizes cooperating skills without waiting for manual `@` mentions.
