This is not an API wrapper or chatbot skin. It bridges the real `claude` binary over Delta Chat, a decentralized encrypted messenger. Everything you get in a terminal — file editing, bash, git, multi-step tool chains, code review, subagents, CLAUDE.md context, and slash commands — works from your phone or any device.

## Key features

- Full Claude Code CLI over chat (not an API wrapper)
- Encrypted and decentralized via Delta Chat (no third-party sees your prompts)
- No signup, no phone number, no account — install Delta Chat and message the bot
- Project-based chats with `/commission` — each project gets its own session and avatar, plus an optional per-chat system prompt and model override
- Voice memo transcription via faster-whisper
- Reply-to context: swipe-reply on any message to reference it
- Session portability: resume chat sessions in a terminal and vice versa
- Image and file analysis; deliver generated files back to chat with `/send`
- Concurrent session management with idle reaping
- Runs as a systemd service on any Linux machine

## Use cases

- Access Claude Code from your phone, tablet, or any device without a terminal
- Self-hosted AI coding assistant with end-to-end encryption
- Collaborative coding: add friends to a project chat and work together
- Mobile-first development workflow
- Keep a searchable, scrollable project diary of all Claude Code interactions

## Requirements

- Linux machine with Claude Code installed and authenticated
- Python 3.11+
- Delta Chat on your device(s)
