Wonder Woman is an evidence-first Agent Skill and multi-agent verification protocol for reducing unsupported factual claims in AI answers. It uses a Knowledge Gate, Resource Scout, reproducible research protocol, claim ledger, 15 specialist blind judges, and a 16th Supreme Judge. Failed drafts enter a bounded research → correction → fresh-review loop. The system never forces a PASS; unresolved material must be removed, qualified, disputed, clarified, or answered with an honest inability to confirm.
