The single entry point for building Jelou Brain workflows — one workflow or many. For a single-workflow intent ("construir un flujo", "armar un workflow", "build a workflow", "create a brain skill") this delegates straight to the build-workflow engine. For a multi-workflow intent it plans how the project decomposes into N coordinated workflows with clear separation of concerns, confirms the split with the user, mints N+1 skills, builds each via /jelou-build-workflow --no-push, runs a composite validation pass, then issues one project-level `jelou push --agent`. v1 multi-workflow topology: one entry workflow routing to 2-10 children (flat); extending existing projects and nested decompositions are v2.
