PullMark is a free, open-source (MIT) native macOS app that renders local Markdown the way readers will see it and reviews documentation-heavy GitHub pull requests as rendered diffs with word-level highlights. # PullMark

Key facts: macOS 13+, signed and notarized. Installs via
Homebrew (`brew tap jedijashwa/tap && brew trust jedijashwa/tap && brew
install --cask pullmark`) or a DMG from GitHub releases. Authenticates to
GitHub with the credentials already on the system (`gh auth token`, then
`git credential fill`) — it has no login of its own.

Distinctive capability: **margin notes** — review feedback stored in the
Markdown file itself as HTML comments (`<!-- note @name: comment -->`) that
stay out of the rendered page. A person reads a draft rendered, leaves
anchored notes, and tells their agent to "address my notes"; the agent reads
each note in place, applies or answers it, and deletes it. This makes
PullMark a feedback loop for agent-written documents that needs no commit,
no paste-back, and no pull request.
