NEEDLE (Navigates Every Enqueued Deliverable, Logs Effort) is a deterministic bead-processing worker for headless CLI agents.

# Quickstart (agent-readable)

## Install
curl -fsSL https://github.com/jedarden/NEEDLE/releases/latest/download/install.sh | bash

## Initialize workspace
cd <your-repo> && needle init --backend bead-rs

## Create bead store
bead init --prefix <name>

## Create first bead
bead create \
  --title 'Add a CONTRIBUTING.md so that test -s CONTRIBUTING.md passes. Work on this issue directly.' \
  --description 'Create CONTRIBUTING.md with contribution guidelines. Acceptance: `test -s CONTRIBUTING.md`. Do not create sub-issues, split this work, or decompose it.' \
  --priority 2
