业桥支付中心（yeqiao）订单查询与「模拟支付成功」技能。当用户提供支付订单号（通常以 SC 开头，也可能是 P 开头 payOrderId 或 T 开头 tradeNo）并要求「mock 支付成功 / 模拟支付成功 / 完成支付 / 触发支付回调 / 查一下这笔订单」时使用。也适用于排查支付订单状态、确认订单走哪个支付厂商通道的场景。
