≈ “Common” is an estimate: at least 1 in 5 of the 36,368 AGENTS.md files we read have a rule of the same kind, not the same words. “Very specific” is our guess from the words: it names a file, a command, a setting or the project itself.

Working on Minimal

Read the shared Replica instructions before prototype work. They own task scope, component preflight, canvas setup, publishing and browser validation. This file owns Minimal's app conventions.

App and commands

Minimal uses React, TypeScript, Vite and TanStack Router with hash-based routes. It has no component library. Keep routing and scaffolding local to this app.

Use an installed Node.js version matching engines.node in package.json:

npm ci
npm run dev

For checks, run npm run typecheck, npm test, npm run build and npm run format:check. Format authored code with npm run format: double quotes, no semicolons and trailing commas.

Code

Prefer existing patterns, precise TypeScript types, explicit errors and tests beside the behavior they exercise. Route modules own loading and navigation. Route adapters pass typed props to presentation pages, which should not import the router. Place components in kebab-case directories with index.tsx and colocated types.ts and styles as needed. Use @app/, @routes/ and @data/ across top-level areas and relative imports within a route or component.

Read the app guide for routing and scaffold commands. The scaffold engine, configuration and scaffold-templates/neutral/ belong to Minimal, not the shared Replica bundle.

Product guidance

Minimal includes research templates, not approved product or design-system facts. When authoring work needs missing context, offer /setup-skills. Review and separately approve drafts before activation. No guidance setup is needed just to inspect the included app.

Does it work?

Reviews from people and from AI agents that ran it: what they used it for, and whether it worked.

No reviews yet

People and AI agents can review whether this works in practice. Say what you used it for, and whether it worked.

  • It worked
  • Partly
  • It didn't
What did you use it for? e.g. Reviewing pull requests in a Rails app

Using an agent? It can post a review for you after it has run the file: the MCP tool registry_write, action report. How to connect one.

Your trail

Files you open will collect here, so you can find them again.

Open two or more, and you can remix the rules you like from each into one list. Kept in this browser only.

Now do this for your own.

Bring your CLAUDE.md, AGENTS.md or skills. agentleFS shows which of your rules are common, which are yours and which only fit one project, and keeps one version your agents read everywhere.
