个人知识库：一个装 markdown 的普通文件夹，内容平铺在库根，人用访达 / Spotlight 自己浏览和搜索 （靠 OS 排序，不维护索引页、不建双链、agent 不建分类目录）；agent 用 grep + 该库的向量索引 （qmd，索引和日志都在 `~/.cache/llm-wiki/<库名>`，库里只有内容）。触发： 「保存到 ob」「存到知识库」「保存笔记」「记一下」「ingest」→ 写 md 进库根 → 附件进 attachments/ → `kb.py sync` → 记一行日志； 「查知识库」「搜笔记」「ob 里有没有…」「search my notes」→ 先 `kb.py sync`（用户手工加的文件还没向量）再检索； 「建个新库」「重建索引」→ `kb.py init` / `kb.py sync --force`。 每个库根都有一份 `AGENTS.md`（`CLAUDE.md` 同内容），落到库目录里的 agent 读它就够。
