Convert a PDF into a Word (.docx) file that keeps the original layout — same text in the same places, not reflowed. Use when the user asks for "this as Word", "a Word version of this PDF", "editable Word copy", "docx of this PDF", or wants to hand a colleague something they can open in Word without the design falling apart. Best on text-based PDFs, especially forms, statements, invoices and reports. Do NOT use on scanned/image-only PDFs — there is no text to place. For the reverse direction (HTML → PDF) use the html-to-pdf skill.
