Use when a builder needs the top-level router for the provisional standard Gear/Vara Sails skill pack across Codex, Claude, or OpenClaw. Covers standard Sails apps and ethexe-specific work via dedicated skills. Do not use for non-Sails programs or broad protocol research.
We split this skill into the rules it gives an agent
10 rules. About 0 are common, 0 are distinctive, and 10 are very specific to this project.

≈ “Common” is an estimate: at least 1 in 5 of the 308,232 skill files we read have a rule of the same kind, not the same words. “Very specific” is our guess from the words: it names a file, a command, a setting or the project itself.

Vara Skills
This repository is the portable router for the provisional vara-skills pack.
Use skills/ship-sails-app/SKILL.md first when the task is about standard greenfield or unreleased Gear/Vara Sails application work.
The repo is intended to be self-contained: use local references/ handbook files before depending on sibling repositories or machine-local skill directories.
What This Router Covers
Codex: install the local skill directories withbash scripts/install-codex-skills.shClaude: use the same repo content through plugin metadataOpenClaw: use the same markdown surface through the wrapper skill

Guardrails
- This catalog is still provisional and is expected to change as
vara-skills-evalsmeasures uplift. - Stay on the standard Gear/Vara Sails path for v1.
- For ethexe-specific work, use
skills/sails-ethexe-architecture/SKILL.mdorskills/sails-ethexe-implementer/SKILL.md; do not blend ethexe and standard Sails patterns in the same skill invocation. - Bridge reference knowledge (addresses, flows, fees) is in scope as a lookup resource. Vara.eth wallet workflows route through
skills/vara-wallet/SKILL.md; Sails program implementation for ethexe still routes through the dedicated ethexe skills.

Your trail
Files you open will collect here, so you can find them again.
Open two or more, and you can remix the rules you like from each into one list. Kept in this browser only.
Now do this for your own.
Bring your CLAUDE.md, AGENTS.md or skills. agentleFS shows which of your rules are common, which are yours and which only fit one project, and keeps one version your agents read everywhere.
