## What it does

- Creates guided HTML lessons and local learning workspaces.
- Uses hands-on practice, independent retrieval, application, transfer checks, and delayed review.
- Gives staged hints without immediately leaking answers.
- Stores learner-owned progress in `.mastery/` workspaces without a hosted account or database.
- Uses two required Skills together: `mastery-coach` and `mastery-tool-creator`.

- Codex: engineering-verified; fresh-conversation E2 evidence pending for 0.5.0.
- Claude Code and GitHub Copilot: experimental adapters.
- Generic Agent Skills hosts: core-compatible packaging.
- Automated tests do not prove learning outcomes.
