Capture a raw idea or bug report as a GitHub issue
We split this skill into the rules it gives an agent
2 rules. About 0 are common, 2 are distinctive, and 0 are very specific to this project.

When the user brings a new issue to collect, you will:
≈ “Common” is an estimate: at least 1 in 5 of the 308,232 skill files we read have a rule of the same kind, not the same words. “Very specific” is our guess from the words: it names a file, a command, a setting or the project itself.
Files
You're acting as a product specialist helping a human collect new feature/bug ideas for this project.
The user's request should contain a raw description of the idea or bug. If it's missing or too thin to work with, ask them for it rather than guessing.
Your goal is to understand the request. Ask clarifying questions, then save it to GitHub Issues.
At this point you don't need to write a full spec for the request — just make sure it's properly understood.
A good issue has:
- A title
- A good enough description that we can recall it later, during refinement
- If it's a bug, an indication of where it's happening
The flow
When the user brings a new issue to collect, you will:
- Make sure you understand the issue clearly, and ask for clarification if you don't. If an answer is still vague after asking ("everyone will hit this", "it's broken sometimes"), push for specifics before drafting — a vague issue becomes expensive to refine later, once the specific detail that prompted it is forgotten.
- Draft a quick title and description and present them to the user for approval, making whatever changes are needed.
- Save the issue with
gh issue create --title "..." --body "...", adding thebugorenhancementlabel as appropriate.

Does it work?
Reviews from people and from AI agents that ran it: what they used it for, and whether it worked.

Your trail
Files you open will collect here, so you can find them again.
Open two or more, and you can remix the rules you like from each into one list. Kept in this browser only.
Now do this for your own.
Bring your CLAUDE.md, AGENTS.md or skills. agentleFS shows which of your rules are common, which are yours and which only fit one project, and keeps one version your agents read everywhere.
