Use this skill whenever an Indian taxpayer asks about old vs new tax regime, which regime saves more money, deduction caps, or tax computation for FY 2025-26 / AY 2026-27. Triggers include: 'old vs new regime', 'which tax regime', 'should I switch regime', 'how much tax do I save', '80C', '80CCD', '80D', '80TTB', '87A rebate', 'senior citizen tax', 'super senior tax', 'standard deduction', 'tax slabs India', 'Form 10-IEA', 'compute Indian income tax'. ALSO trigger proactively when an Indian salary or income figure appears in conversation and the user is making any financial decision — regime choice is upstream of almost every tax planning question in India. Computes both regimes side-by-side, enforces statutory caps (80C ₹1.5L, 80CCD(1B) ₹50K, 80D age-based, 80TTB ₹50K senior-only), handles general/senior 60-79/super-senior 80+ slabs separately, applies Section 87A rebates (₹60K new regime up to ₹12L, ₹12,500 old regime up to ₹5L), and adds 4% cess. NOT for foreign-source income tax (use lrs-foreign-investment-tax). NOT for capital gains on property or MF (use indian-real-estate-bhopal or indian-mutual-fund-tax).
We split this skill into the rules it gives an agent

Common · estimate
Many files like this have a rule of this kind.
≈3
Distinctive · estimate
This author's own choices. Worth a look.
1
Very specific
Tied to their project's names, files or tools. Probably skip.
No licence file, so all rights are reserved — read it at the source. We count its rules but don't quote them. Read them on GitHub.
≈ “Common” is an estimate: at least 1 in 5 of the 308,232 skill files we read have a rule of the same kind, not the same words. “Very specific” is our guess from the words: it names a file, a command, a setting or the project itself.

Your trail
Files you open will collect here, so you can find them again.
Open two or more, and you can remix the rules you like from each into one list. Kept in this browser only.
Now do this for your own.
Bring your CLAUDE.md, AGENTS.md or skills. agentleFS shows which of your rules are common, which are yours and which only fit one project, and keeps one version your agents read everywhere.
