- please check first if dev is running in watch mode, if yes do not start another process, also remember when you test something with "yarn dev" that this command runs in background and stays alive
- For all browser testing, use the `mcp__playwright__*` tools directly. Do not use the in-app Browser plugin or a shell/CLI Playwright process unless the user explicitly asks for a different browser surface
- If the Playwright MCP tools are not initially visible, discover the deferred `mcp__playwright__*` tools before concluding that browser testing is unavailable.
