# Aaron Hanson

> Staff / Principal software engineer, and a former startup CTO & founder.  A 25-year range: shipped a AAA console game, ran large-scale data pipelines, wrote audited smart contracts on mainnet, built AI-agent infrastructure, and now work on tokenized deposits for the regulated banking system.  Some of it raised $40M; all of it shipped.

## Now
- Senior blockchain engineer at [Cari Network](https://www.cari.com/): a bank-governed network for tokenized deposits — bank-issued dollars that settle instantly and continuously, stay liabilities of the issuing bank, and so remain FDIC-insurance eligible.  Built on Prividium, a permissioned Layer-2 on the ZKsync stack anchored to Ethereum.  [White paper](https://whitepaper.cari.com/).

## What I do
- Full-stack: TypeScript, React, Node, Python, on AWS.
- Smart contracts: Solidity / EVM.  Upgradeable agentic-company contracts on Base, cleared a Zenith audit.  Permissioned L2s on the ZKsync stack (Prividium).
- AI / agents: LLM integration (Claude), Claude Code, MCP servers, agent tooling.
- Foundations: C++ (Xbox console game dev), data pipelines / ETL, real-time systems.

- [SeekSat](https://seeksat.com): satellite pass tracker that exposes its own physics engine to agents over an MCP server.
- [Precession](https://precession.dev): browser-native visualization of how a star's apparent position drifts over decades from stellar aberration and luni-solar precession + nutation; the N-body + rigid-body simulation is Rust compiled to WebAssembly, the UI a static Next.js export.
- [doppler1090](https://github.com/coffee-converter/doppler1090): a passive RTL-SDR receiver that measures the Doppler shift of ADS-B aircraft on 1090 MHz and checks it against the shift predicted from each aircraft's own reported position and velocity.
- [Bitcoin difficulty estimator](https://newhedge.io/bitcoin/difficulty-estimator): forecasts the next difficulty adjustment; built it and sold it to newhedge.io.
- [SAN Sound loadout locker](https://sansound.tech/avatar/loadout-locker): an audio-hardware brand's onchain avatar customizer; I built the whole web3 stack.
- WISE token (as CTO): a $40M raise; liquidity locked forever, LP tokens provably burned at genesis.
