Script-based agent workflows with shared orchestration framework. STOP. Before editing ANY Python file in skills/scripts/, you MUST read README.md. The README defines: Failure to follow these patterns creates technical debt and inconsistency across skills. The patterns exist because they solve real problems with prompt readability and maintenance. Read README.md now if you haven't already. All Python skill scripts are invoked as modules from scripts/:

buffa

anthropics/buffa/CLAUDE.md

@CONTRIBUTING.md See DESIGN.md for the architectural overview. If a change to buffa-codegen (notably message.rs, impl_message.rs, view.rs, oneof.rs, enumeration.rs, imports.rs) affects generated output, you must regenerate checked-in code before committing, or CI (check-generated-code) will fail: Most codegen changes don't touch descriptor-specific paths, so gen-wkt-types is usually sufficient. A quick check: git status after task lint — if buffa-types/src/generated/ shows as modified, you forgot to commit the regen. Before producing a commit, run both review agents in parallel (single message, two Agent…

fabric-toolbox / MicrosoftFabricMgmtMCPServer

microsoft/fabric-toolbox/tools/MicrosoftFabricMgmtMCPServer/CLAUDE.md

This directory contains a Python-based Model Context Protocol (MCP) server that wraps the MicrosoftFabricMgmt PowerShell module and exposes its capabilities to AI assistants (Claude, GitHub Copilot, etc.). DO NOT edit the PowerShell module source here. All PowerShell module development belongs in ../MicrosoftFabricMgmt/source/ and must follow the module's own CLAUDE.md. Key principle: Python is a thin protocol-translation layer only. All Fabric API logic lives in the PowerShell module. Python does not call Fabric REST APIs directly. Maintains a single long-lived pwsh…

libretto

cashew-labs/libretto/CLAUDE.md

Never manually edit packages/libretto/package.json version. Use the release script: This bumps the version, updates all SKILL.md files, syncs mirrors, validates parity, commits, pushes a release-v* branch, and opens a PR. The release CI workflow triggers automatically when the PR merges to main. Temporarily set a pre-release version in packages/libretto/package.json and replace its workspace: and catalog: dependency ranges with published ranges. Then run: Approve npm's browser passkey prompt and verify the exact version installs in a clean project. Do not commit…

If one is missing, add it with npx shadcn@latest add <name> (run in apps/web) — never hand-roll a button, input, table, or overlay. Modals use ~/components/ui/dialog. - cn comes from ~/lib/utils. wrappers

supabase/wrappers/CLAUDE.md

Wrappers is a development framework for PostgreSQL Foreign Data Wrappers (FDWs), written in Rust. It enables querying external data sources (APIs, databases, files) as if they were regular PostgreSQL tables. The project is maintained by Supabase. Documentation: https://fdw.dev/ | API Docs: https://docs.rs/supabase-wrappers The project uses a single root Cargo workspace (Cargo.toml) containing supabase-wrappers, supabase-wrappers-macros, wrappers, and every crate under wasm-wrappers/fdw/. All members share one Cargo.lock and one MSRV. default-members is scoped to the native crates so a bare cargo build/cargo…

pocketpaw/pocketpaw/client/CLAUDE.md

PocketPaw is a Tauri v2 desktop client for the PocketPaw AI assistant backend. The frontend is SvelteKit (Svelte 5 runes mode) with Tailwind CSS 4 and shadcn-svelte components. The backend lives at the repo root (../) and runs on localhost:8888. This client directory is part of the pocketpaw monorepo. Note: The backend must be running on localhost:8888 for the app to function. There are no test commands configured. +layout.svelte is the entry point. It handles authentication (OAuth token from ~/.pocketpaw/access_token…

pocketpaw

pocketpaw/pocketpaw/docs/CLAUDE.md

This is the documentation site for PocketPaw, a self-hosted AI agent. The docs are 120+ MDX files consumed by an Astro-based static site generator. The built output lives in ../docs-dist/ (Astro SSG with Pagefind search and Partytown). There is no astro.config.* or package.json in this repo — the Astro build tooling is external. The docs themselves are pure content (MDX + config JSON). All content is MDX (Markdown + JSX components). Every file has YAML frontmatter with title and description.…

pg-schema-diff

stripe/pg-schema-diff/CLAUDE.md

A declarative schema migration tool for PostgreSQL that computes the difference between two database schemas and generates minimal, optimized SQL to migrate from one to the other with zero-downtime where possible. Problem Solved: Developers declare their desired database schema in DDL files, and pg-schema-diff automatically generates safe, optimized migration SQL that minimizes downtime and locks. Key Features: - Computes diffs between schemas (DDL files, databases, or directories) - Generates SQL using native Postgres online operations (concurrent index builds, online constraint…

jazzyalex/agent-sessions/CLAUDE.md

Before starting work, read the newest entry in RepoHandover.md. This repository uses a shared playbook for all agents (Claude, Codex, Xcode, Cursor, etc.). Primary source of truth - Read agents.md first for project‑wide policies, UX rules, and commit protocols. - Treat agents.md as authoritative for UI design language (HIG‑aligned spacing, tokens, and behavior) and development workflow. Key reminders for Claude Code contributions - Follow Conventional Commits and include trailers (Tool, Model, Why when applicable). - NEVER commit or push without…

CLAUDE.md vs AGENTS.md

About CLAUDE.md

What is CLAUDE.md?

A file Claude Code reads at the start of every session. It holds the commands, conventions and warnings the agent needs for this project.

Where does it go?

At the repository root. Claude Code also reads CLAUDE.md files in subdirectories when it works there.

What should it contain?

Build and test commands, the project's layout, conventions that aren't obvious from the code, and mistakes to avoid. Short files tend to work better than long ones.

CLAUDE.md or AGENTS.md?

Claude Code reads CLAUDE.md; most other agents read AGENTS.md. Many projects keep one and point the other at it.
