wrong if invented.
## ⚠ CRITICAL: Brand Compliance for Any Visual Output
Before generating any HTML, **PDF**, slide, mockup, social card, dashboard, or image:
1. Read [BRAND_RULES.md](BRAND_RULES.md) for the full
decisions made via agent interaction.
context/
README.md ← How to use this folder.
*.md / *.pdf / etc. ← Any documents the user drops in for background context.
roadmap/
README.md ← Roadmap conventions.
_template.md ← Internal
remains the manual fallback. `buildServer` is now async (plugins registered before routes).
- **M6 — done ✅** PDF ingestion + structured extraction (the "front half"): a real filing PDF is
decoded (`src/pdf.ts`, keyless `unpdf
template that helps a **type designer** (usually not a programmer) generate print proofs (PDF) and web test pages for the fonts they place in `fonts/`. Talk to the user
Intermediate HTML / diffs / scratch live in the plugin's `state/` dir. Only the final PDF stays in `prompts/ /`. The prompt folder is a handoff surface, not a work-in-progress
Maintenance
### File Organization
- Documentation is centralized in `docs/skills/`
- Templates are versioned in `docs/skills/templates/`
- The PDF guide is kept as the authoritative reference
- All markdown documentation provides practical, actionable guidance
### Bilingual
HTML/HTM: Direct browser opening
- Markdown: Converts to styled HTML with dark mode support
- PDF: Opens in default PDF viewer
- Images: PNG/JPG/GIF/SVG/WebP in system viewer
- `O` (Shift+O): Open directory
A file Claude Code reads at the start of every session. It holds the commands, conventions and warnings the agent needs for this project.
Where does it go?
At the repository root. Claude Code also reads CLAUDE.md files in subdirectories when it works there.
What should it contain?
Build and test commands, the project's layout, conventions that aren't obvious from the code, and mistakes to avoid. Short files tend to work better than long ones.
CLAUDE.md or AGENTS.md?
Claude Code reads CLAUDE.md; most other agents read AGENTS.md. Many projects keep one and point the other at it.
