point. IJFW orchestrates think-build-ship end to end and dispatches peer specialist skills (frontend-design, TDD, code-review) as subagent tools when the workflow needs them
After changing `server.ts`/`src/**`/`bin/**`, run `npm run build` before telling anyone to restart; frontend changes additionally need `npm run build:frontend`. Full rules: `AGENTS.md` § Build & Deploy Contract.

- Plugin names use short identifiers matching their directory name (e.g., `typescript`, `github`, `frontend-development`)
- Always include `bushido` as a dependency in recommendations
- MCP servers in bridge/service plugins should
exposed via API.
- `etc/`: Configuration management.
- `environment.sh`: Source of truth for all injectable parameters.
- `frontend/`: Frontend used for interacting with the backend.
- `iac/`: Infrastructure as Code (AWS CloudFormation
replay, and training as HTTP/WebSocket endpoints, replacing LeRobot's CLI + keyboard-driven flows.
The frontend (React + Vite) lives in [`frontend/`](frontend/). The built bundle in [`frontend/dist/`](frontend/dist/) is committed
A file Claude Code reads at the start of every session. It holds the commands, conventions and warnings the agent needs for this project.
Where does it go?
At the repository root. Claude Code also reads CLAUDE.md files in subdirectories when it works there.
What should it contain?
Build and test commands, the project's layout, conventions that aren't obvious from the code, and mistakes to avoid. Short files tend to work better than long ones.
CLAUDE.md or AGENTS.md?
Claude Code reads CLAUDE.md; most other agents read AGENTS.md. Many projects keep one and point the other at it.
