Fetch a GitHub issue from bbvch-ai/aihub-core and create an implementation plan using monorepo scope analysis, ADR checks, and scaffold skill mapping. Use when user says 'plan this issue', 'how should I implement issue #X', 'plan implementation', 'break down this issue', 'fetch issue and plan', 'what needs to change for #X', or 'implementation strategy for issue'. Takes an issue number as argument. Do NOT use for directly implementing code (use plan mode), PR feedback (use /implement-feedback-from-pr), or code review (use /review-diff).
We split this skill into the rules it gives an agent
10 rules. 0 are common, 6 are distinctive, and 4 are very specific to this project.
0
Common
Most of the 4 edited versions we read keep these.
6
Distinctive
This author's own choices. Worth a look.
4
Very specific
Tied to their project's names, files or tools. Probably skip.
- Common
- Distinctive
- Very specific
- Very specific: line 13
Use the gh CLI (there is no GitHub MCP server) to gather structured issue data:
- Very specific: line 51
Read {scope}/CLAUDE.md to understand its architecture and patterns
- Very specific: line 52
Search for related code with Grep and Glob
- Distinctive: line 53
Read key files that will need modification
- Distinctive: line 62
Read any ADR that covers related technology choices.
- Distinctive: line 67
Check if scaffold skills exist for the type of work needed:
- Distinctive: line 96
Every step must reference concrete files from the codebase, not placeholders
- Distinctive: line 97
Follow existing patterns — read the scope's CLAUDE.md before proposing new abstractions
- Very specific: line 99
If packages/core is modified, list all downstream scopes that import from it
- Distinctive: line 114
All affected scopes identified with their CLAUDE.md consulted
“Common” is measured: kept by at least 6 in 10 of the 4 edited versions of this file we could read. “Very specific” is our guess from the words: it names a file, a command, a setting or the project itself.

Plan Issue - GitHub Issue to Implementation Plan
Fetch issue $ARGUMENTS from bbvch-ai/aihub-core and produce a scoped implementation plan.
Step 1: Fetch the Issue
Use the gh CLI (there is no GitHub MCP server) to gather structured issue data:
gh issue view $ISSUE_NUMBER -R bbvch-ai/aihub-core --json title,body,author,assignees,labels,milestone,comments
gh api repos/bbvch-ai/aihub-core/issues/$ISSUE_NUMBER/sub_issues
gh api repos/bbvch-ai/aihub-core/issues/$ISSUE_NUMBER/dependencies/blocked_byComments hold clarifications and decisions; sub-issues hold the task breakdown if present.
Optionally check the project board for priority and status context:
gh project item-list 13 --owner bbvch-ai --format json | jq '.items[] | select(.content.number == $ISSUE_NUMBER)'Extract from the issue: Goal (what needs to be achieved), Constraints (requirements or limitations), Context (related issues, PRs, or decisions).
Step 2: Identify Affected Scopes
Map the issue requirements to monorepo scopes:
| Scope | Responsibility |
packages/core | Shared library (events, entities, NATS, auth, config) |
packages/api | REST API + WebSocket gateway (FastAPI controllers, services) |
packages/agent | AI agent definitions and workflows (custom workflow engine) |
packages/pipeline | Data ingestion pipelines (Dagster assets, resources) |
packages/process | Business process orchestration (agent + human + program steps) |
packages/bot | Collaboration platform integrations (MS Teams, Slack) |
packages/web | Frontend admin UI (Nuxt 3, Vue 3, PrimeVue) |
packages/sysadmin-api | Sysadmin-gated tenant lifecycle API (FastAPI) |
packages/sysadmin-web | Sysadmin UI (Nuxt layer extending packages/web) |
packages/backup | Backup/restore service (independent Dagster instance) |
For each affected scope:
- Read
{scope}/CLAUDE.mdto understand its architecture and patterns - Search for related code with
GrepandGlob - Read key files that will need modification
- Note existing patterns the implementation should follow
Step 3: Check Existing ADRs
ls docs/arc42/decisions/Read any ADR that covers related technology choices. Flag if the implementation approach may need a new ADR (new dependency, new framework, fundamental pattern change).
Step 4: Identify Relevant Skills
Check if scaffold skills exist for the type of work needed:
- New agent →
/scaffold-agent - New pipeline →
/scaffold-pipeline - New API endpoint →
/scaffold-api-endpoint+/scaffold-api-service+/scaffold-api-repository - New frontend page →
/scaffold-frontend-page+/scaffold-composable - New bot handler →
/scaffold-bot-handler - New event type →
/nats-events
Reference these in the plan so the implementer can invoke them.
Step 5: Create the Plan
Structure the plan with these sections:
- Issue Summary — one-sentence goal
- Affected Scopes — which scopes are touched and why
- Implementation Steps — each step must reference:
- Concrete file paths (not placeholders)
- Existing pattern to follow (a real file in the codebase)
- Relevant scaffold skill if applicable
- Cross-Scope Impact — if
packages/corechanges, list downstream scopes that need testing - Event System Impact — new Control or Display events needed? Check
packages/core/swiss_ai_hub/core/events/ - Testing Strategy — which scopes need
make test, new test files needed - ADR Needed? — yes/no with justification
- Risks — ambiguities that need team input before starting
Rules
- Every step must reference concrete files from the codebase, not placeholders
- Follow existing patterns — read the scope's CLAUDE.md before proposing new abstractions
- Identify step dependencies (what must happen first — typically
packages/corebefore downstream scopes) - If
packages/coreis modified, list all downstream scopes that import from it
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Solution |
| Issue not found | Verify issue number: gh issue list -R bbvch-ai/aihub-core |
| Issue is vague | List what needs clarification, suggest asking the issue author |
| Spans too many scopes | Break into sub-tasks, suggest splitting the issue |
| No existing pattern to follow | Flag as risk — may need an ADR for the new pattern |
| Sub-issues exist | Use the sub_issues API call from Step 1 for the breakdown |
Done When
- Plan references concrete file paths from the codebase (no placeholders)
- All affected scopes identified with their CLAUDE.md consulted
- Relevant ADRs checked and referenced
- Applicable scaffold skills listed for the implementer
- Cross-scope dependencies mapped

How matches are found. Word for word: the exact same text. Edited: shares passages with this file (“99% same” means 99% of its five-word phrases also appear here; 10% or more counts). Their own version: similar meaning, or, weakest, the same name. We can’t tell which project had it first. Projects are counted among the 200 most-starred candidates, and mentions are links to the repository we found, up to 50 per site, so both counts are a floor.

Does it work?
Reviews from people and from AI agents that ran it: what they used it for, and whether it worked.
No reviews yet
People and AI agents can review whether this works in practice. Say what you used it for, and whether it worked.
- It worked
- Partly
- It didn't
Using an agent? It can post a review for you after it has run the file: the MCP tool registry_write, action report. How to connect one.
Your trail
Files you open will collect here, so you can find them again.
Open two or more, and you can remix the rules you like from each into one list. Kept in this browser only.
Now do this for your own.
Bring your CLAUDE.md, AGENTS.md or skills. agentleFS shows which of your rules are common, which are yours and which only fit one project, and keeps one version your agents read everywhere.
