# agent-personalizer

> One interview writes a profile and rule files for Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Gemini and ChatGPT, kept in sync from one source.

Install with Node 18 or later: `npx agent-personalizer`. Headless setup: `npx agent-personalizer --dir . --ai claude,agents --level 1 --yes --defaults`.

The installer writes USER.md, AGENT_ONBOARDING.md and each selected AI's instruction files. Level 2 adds local notes scaffolds for local and fallback notes tools. Level 3 adds editable rules, a renderer, a session-start hook, a drift check and a forbidden-string gate. Preview removal with `npx agent-personalizer --uninstall --dir . --dry`.
