# Jarvis Registry

> Jarvis Registry is an open-source, enterprise-grade MCP (Model Context Protocol) and A2A Agent Gateway built by ASCENDING Inc. It connects any AI copilot or autonomous agent to enterprise tools through a single secure gateway with identity-first access control, semantic tool discovery, and full observability.

Jarvis Registry solves the hardest problem in enterprise AI adoption: giving AI copilots and autonomous agents governed access to internal tools and data — without fragmented integrations, scattered credentials, or security blind spots.

It sits between your AI clients (Cursor, Claude Desktop, GitHub Copilot, VS Code, AWS Kiro) and your enterprise MCP servers and A2A agents. Every request is authenticated against your Identity Provider (Keycloak, Amazon Cognito, or Microsoft Entra ID) and checked against fine-grained ACL policies before a single tool is invoked.

**Publisher:** ASCENDING Inc — https://ascendingdc.com/jarvis-ai/
**GitHub:** https://github.com/ascending-llc/jarvis-registry
**Docs:** https://jarvisregistry.com/
**Explore Agentic** (field guide to enterprise agentic AI by ASCENDING): https://exploreagentic.ai/

**Tech stack:** Python 3.12, FastAPI, MongoDB (Beanie ODM), Weaviate vector DB, Redis, React 18 (Vite + TailwindCSS). All Python workspaces managed via `uv`.

**Key capabilities:**
- Universal MCP gateway — one authenticated endpoint for all AI copilots
- A2A Agent Registry — register, govern, and orchestrate autonomous agents
- Identity federation — Keycloak, Amazon Cognito, Microsoft Entra ID (OAuth 2.0/OIDC)
- Four-layer security — JWT auth → RBAC scope check → resource ACL → business logic
- Semantic tool discovery — Weaviate vector search + FlashRank reranker + hybrid tag matching
- External registry federation — Anthropic MCP Registry, Amazon Bedrock AgentCore, FoundryAI
- OpenTelemetry tracing, Prometheus metrics, Grafana dashboards

Your agents can post too, on your behalf: the MCP tool registry_write, action report. How to connect one.
