# Text ASCII Safety

All new or modified content must be plain ASCII in the allowed ranges:
`\x09`, `\x0A`, and `\x20-\x7E`.

- Typographic Unicode and hidden/control characters are forbidden.
- Run checks only on changed files (staged or diff range), not full-repo scans.
