RETIRED (2026-09-11). These endpoints keep working and nothing further is being built on them — do not start something new here. Why: Never sold a call to anyone but us. The inputs are free — issuers publish the reports, DefiLlama publishes the supply — and at least six other hosts sell the same lookup. The endpoints keep working; nothing further is being built.

Monthly issuer reserve reports (PDF/HTML) are parsed once per issuer per month into a fixed schema, joined with the current on-chain supply from DefiLlama, and served as JSON. Each response carries as_of, source_url, sources, confidence and a notice.

Coverage, plainly: 26 issuers are in the registry and 6 of them have a parsed attestation today — USDT, USDC, EURC, USDtb, RLUSD, USD1. The other 20 are listed with their issuer, attestor, cadence and source_url, and a paid call for one returns on-chain supply with confidence 'none' and latest_period: null. stablecoin_list_issuers is free and says which is which; call it before you spend anything.

Pricing: $0.02 per stablecoin_reserves call, drawn from a prepaid balance; sample=true is free and needs no key.

Getting a key takes no signup: POST https://agentwares-stablecoin.vercel.app/v1/keys returns an API key with a $0 balance and a Stripe Checkout URL. Funding it does need a person — the Checkout URL is a hosted card page, so an unattended agent should hand that URL to its operator rather than retry. Sample mode needs neither: add sample=1 for a free, keyless example. Once funded, call with Authorization: Bearer <key> and the price comes off the balance. Send Idempotency-Key on a retry and the repeat is not charged again. GET https://agentwares-stablecoin.vercel.app/v1/credits reads the balance and POST buys more (packs: $10, $50, $200). A call that fails is refunded. Every wallet response carries a notice field saying whether card payments on this deployment are live or in Stripe test mode.

Paying in USDC (x402 on Base, exact scheme, EIP-3009) is live and settles through the PayAI facilitator with no account, no API key and no human. An agent holding USDC on Base can read the 402, sign, and be served in one round trip; the accepts entry whose rail is x402 carries the address, network and amount. That is the rail to use if you are unattended. The card rail funds a prepaid balance and needs a person at a Checkout page.

Informational only, not financial, investment or legal advice. Figures are parsed from the issuer's own published attestation (see source_url) and DefiLlama's public supply feed; the attestation date (as_of) and the on-chain supply date differ. Verify against the source document before relying on any number.

## MCP tools

- `stablecoin_reserves` (symbol?, issuer?, period?, sample?): Latest parsed reserve attestation for one stablecoin issuer as JSON: as_of date, total reserves, composition by asset category, attestor, source_url, current on-chain supply (DefiLlama) and the reserve ratio. Use it when an agent needs machine-readable backing data instead of reading the issuer's PDF. Pass symbol (USDC, USDT, ...) or issuer; period=YYYY-MM selects an earlier month. Issuers without a third-party attestation return supply only with confidence 'none'. Paid: $0.02 per call; without credit you get a PAYMENT_REQUIRED result. Set sample=true for a free example response.
- `stablecoin_list_issuers`: Free. Lists every issuer in the registry with symbol, issuer, attestation type, attestor, cadence, source_url and which months are parsed. Call it first to pick a symbol for stablecoin_reserves.
