gtapps/skills/skills/task-report/references/agents.md

Publish a completed task's debrief as a Codex.ai Artifact — outcome verdict, decisions made, verification evidence, review-priority file map, mechanically-rendered diffs, and copy-as-prompt follow-ups. Trigger on /task-report or when the user asks to summarize what you did, show what changed in this task/session, make a report/debrief/recap/handoff of the work, or review completed work — even phrased casually ("show me what you changed", "wrap this up as a report"). Do NOT use for a quick factual question about one file or change (answer in prose), for reviewing code for bugs (that's code review), or for plans awaiting approval (that's plan-to-artifact).

work-planeAGENTS.md

workplane-skills / workplane

work-plane/workplane-skills/workplane/AGENTS.md

Publish or review agent work on Workplane — the working plane between AI and humans at workplane.co. Use this skill whenever you've produced reviewable output (code changes, research, analysis, designs, reports) that should be visible to humans, OR when asked to review work someone else published. Triggers on "publish this to workplane", "post to workplane", "share this on workplane", "review this project", workplane.co URLs, or whenever completing a substantial body of work that warrants human review. Uses the Workplane MCP server to create artifacts, upload files, snapshot versions with tags, and manage sharing.

Use this agent to build or modify application code as a work peer — features, refactors, reviews, debugging. Production-grade clean code; reads the codebase before writing to it. Language and framework are context, not identity: the judgment travels, the stack specifics come from skills.

CLAUDE.md vs AGENTS.md

About AGENTS.md

What is AGENTS.md?

An open format for instructions to coding agents, read by Codex, Cursor and others. Think of it as a README written for agents.

Where does it go?

At the repository root, with more specific files in subdirectories. Agents read the one closest to the file they're editing.

What should it contain?

Setup and test commands, code style, and the rules a new contributor would need to know.

Does Claude Code read it?

Claude Code reads CLAUDE.md. A one-line CLAUDE.md that points at AGENTS.md covers both.
