## Components
- One component per file
- Named exports over default exports
- Props interface defined above the component
- No inline styles — use CSS modules or Tailwind

## Hooks
- Custom hooks in `hooks/` folder, prefixed with `use`
- No business logic in components — extract to hooks or utils
- `useMemo`/`useCallback` only when profiling shows a need

## State
- Local state with `useState` unless shared
- Shared state in context or state management library
- Avoid prop drilling beyond 2 levels
