How to run a long, multi-phase build autonomously with a self-continuing loop, one phase per fresh context window, verifying before every commit. Load whenever the user starts a /loop (or asks for an autonomous multi-phase build) so the rhythm does not have to be restated: orient from git, make the smallest correct change per sub-plan, verify it for real, commit and push one sub-plan at a time, then checkpoint to the next phase with a scheduled wake-up that carries the state forward. Pairs with a project-guide skill (for the repo's own build and test commands) and a house-rules skill (voice, commit conventions, safety).
