# Agentic Engineering Protocol

This is a stub. The full agentic engineering methodology (delegation, risk
classification, adversarial review, quality gates - including the
Activation preflight that decides whether the methodology is opt-in for
this repo) loads on trigger via the `dinostack` Agent Skill at
`.github/skills/dinostack/SKILL.md`.

Before starting any task, check if the skill should be loaded:

| Signal | Skill |
|---|---|
| Code edits, debugging, testing, deployment, architecture decisions, git operations, agent orchestration, code review, refactoring, dependency management, project setup | `dinostack` |

Copilot description-matches on these signals and injects the skill
automatically for software development prompts. If any signal matches and
it has not fired on its own, invoke it explicitly. When in doubt, invoke it.

Use the `.github/agents/` picker to spawn named agents. Use `.github/prompts/`
for slash-prompt commands.
