When the user asks for Android code review, local diff review, pre-commit review, staged review, or review of uncommitted Android changes, use `skills/android-diff-reviewer/SKILL.md` as the entry point.

Stay scoped to staged and unstaged Android changes by default. Inspect:

```

Use nearby context only when a changed hunk cannot be understood from the diff. Do not scan the whole repository by default.
