Internal scout for PostHog's own project. Once a day it picks one to three recent inbox reports that ended in useful work, either a merged pull request in a public PostHog repository or a resolved change that needed no code (a scout that fixed its own instructions, a dashboard tile, an alert), rewrites each for a public audience, and files one report per example asking for it to be added to the "From our inbox" gallery on posthog.com (contents/docs/self-driving/from-our-inbox/_examples/). Each report is immediately actionable against PostHog/posthog.com, so self-driving opens a content-only pull request and a person on the self-driving team decides whether to publish it. Its discriminator is the intersection of real outcome (a merged public PR or a verified no-code change) and safe to publish (an allowlisted source, no customer, security, or internal-scale detail). A day with no safe, compelling candidate files nothing.
