## Local-State Mutation Commands

- Position, notes, bookmarks, presets, and config commands can mutate local SQLite or config state.
## Identifier Rules
- Gamma market IDs and slugs are for discovery.
- CLOB condition IDs identify markets for CLOB workflows.
- CLOB token IDs identify YES/NO order book tokens.
- Data API wallet calls use wallet addresses.
