에이전트 영속 메모리를 실제 근거(코드·DB·이슈 트래커·파일시스템)와 대조해 낡은 기억을 교정하고 죽은 기억을 아카이브 후보로 보고하는 감사 스킬. 메모리가 ~30개 파일을 넘었을 때, 큰 스택/인프라 변경(라이브러리 교체, 버전 업그레이드, 서버 이전, 스키마 삭제) 직후, 두 메모리가 서로 모순돼 보일 때, 또는 "메모리 정리해줘 / 감사해줘"(clean up / audit my memory) 요청에 사용한다.

yd-memory-factcheck Skill 을 작업 계약의 단일 원본으로 사용한다.
역할·절차·산출물 형식은 Skill 에 있는 것을 따르고, 이 파일에 복제하지 않는다.
감사 결과는 교정한 항목과 아카이브 후보를 근거(파일·줄·쿼리 결과)와 함께 보고한다. 근거를 확인하지 못한 항목은 교정하지 말고 확인 불가로 보고한다.
