9 rules. About 0 are common, 4 are distinctive, and 5 are very specific to this project.

≈ “Common” is an estimate: at least 1 in 5 of the 36,368 AGENTS.md files we read have a rule of the same kind, not the same words. “Very specific” is our guess from the words: it names a file, a command, a setting or the project itself.

Repository purpose
This repository contains portable SKILL.md workflows and nine standalone
Python agent CLIs that also expose MCP servers. Raxol, Codex, and Claude Code
must consume the same skill instructions without host-specific assumptions.
Required checks
- Run
./scripts/skills-lint.shafter changing any skill. - Run
python3 scripts/skill-triggers-test.pyafter changing skill discovery text. - Run
python3 scripts/codex-compat-test.pyafter changing skills or plugin metadata. - Run the affected agent's pytest suite after changing Python code.
- Keep shell scripts
set -euo pipefailand shellcheck-clean. - Keep Python typed and formatted with Ruff.
Skill rules
- Every skill directory has a
SKILL.mdwhosenamematches the directory. - Descriptions contain specific
TRIGGER when:andDO NOT TRIGGERboundaries. - Keep workflows capability-based. When hosts differ, document explicit Codex, Claude Code, and Raxol branches instead of assuming one tool name or config path.
- Supporting Markdown files retain their
impact, impactDescription, and comma-separatedtagsfrontmatter. - Do not add empty modules, placeholder skills, or claims about unavailable tools.
Distribution boundaries
.codex-plugin/plugin.jsonis the Codex plugin entry point..claude-plugin/remains the Claude Code marketplace entry point.- The public plugin is skills-only. Agent CLIs and MCP servers require separate installation and host configuration.
skills/cancer-predisposition-variant-analystis an optional git submodule; do not count it as part of archive or plugin installs unless it is populated.
Where files are headingNew AGENTS.md files have more rules about keeping secrets out of the code, and fewer about code style.
Of the AGENTS.md files we read, the 28,693 first seen in the last six months, against the older ones: the kind of rule that gained most share, and the kind that lost most. About files like this in general, not this one, and an estimate, since a kind is a pattern in the words.

Your trail
Files you open will collect here, so you can find them again.
Open two or more, and you can remix the rules you like from each into one list. Kept in this browser only.
Now do this for your own.
Bring your CLAUDE.md, AGENTS.md or skills. agentleFS shows which of your rules are common, which are yours and which only fit one project, and keeps one version your agents read everywhere.
